Rotating proxies

I'm looking for rotating https/socks5 proxies with at least 200k+ IPs and rotation per request or max 5min. I've looked through lots and can't find any good ones that provide them within $75-100/month budget.

Smartproxy costs $200 for the proxies I want. Proxyrack i've never used so i dont know if they even work.

smart have refund in 48H , storm good also , heard alot of good things about proxyrack u can start with the small plan first to test

I've tried smart but they dont have many ips in pool unless u buy 200 usd plan. Storm has 40k or 70k which is too low. I think I'll try proxyrack though.

actually if the pool HQ u don't need millions , usually i buy normal not rotating , 12k HQ giving me good results better than rotating with public shits

I need big pool because they get burnt fast and I'd have to wait for cooldown. 12k HQ won't work. Even 50k UHQ won't work. I'm just looking for a pool with around 1mil preferrably, but not sure about proxyrack since it seems everyone here use their services.

How many threads is the $80 residential plan on proxyrack? if its less than 200 then its a big no.

i guess u can't find a quality site that sells 200 threads for 80$
