Are you trying to capture traffic on device in your network with mtm attack, or you are capturing just from your PC with Wireshark?

If you're capturing traffic on Android I would delete all your old debug certificates and reinstall them. What program are you using to capture the traffic? Some programs are using certificate pinning which will cause problems when you're trying to capture data. I know this happens with google and google apps like the play store.
