so I am blackmailing some pedophile and he wont send me what I want. I could easily leak his info and stuff but I also want him to be annoyed with his internet. He lives in Australia and im not sure if that changes anything but when I follow everything on youtube it doesn't work. if you can help please do.

You want to DDOS someone on a personal computer? DDOS is usually against a service like a website or a server, not a computer. The main issue is a personal network usually doesn't have a service to stop.
Also the first D stands for Dynamic mean you have a network of computers. If you don't have a "botnet" you are just simply DOSing somone

Just go to Google and search "best booter" or "best stresser"
Basically DDOSing tools. You can try searching "free booter"/"free stresser", but I doubt you'll find any.
