Hey guys
i know this sounds stupid but i have never really used chatbox or shoutbox as its called and honestly i can not find option or any button to enter the chat .... 
so help ? anyone
My next quesiton is that i can upvote but dont see the option to dislike ( aka downvote?) on posts like the posts in money - monetization section, is it disabled for me ? or is it just me again ....
