Well this is really fucked up!

i see VIP lurkers starting the service... and later I get customers asking for fixing Failed Orders, which has PR on them..

Make Refunding Section only for members who has NOVA usergroup or AQUA

Requirements for Making Thread in Refunding Section:

Aqua+ or Nova ONLY
Have certain amount of likes or Reps

I had 2-3 users who got failed refund service this month, from refunders  who just joined the forum.

I think keeping NOVA+ For being a refunder is the best option!  :Santa:

I agree that there needs to be higher standards set in place for opening a refunding service. I'm not a refunder but it seems as though a lot of these new services are using customers as guinea pigs.

I see what you're saying, but I think some of the liability should fall on the customer for choosing shady refunders without vouches.

Buyer education is probably preferable to marketplace regulation, as @Alexej27 said, because there are talented refunders from other forums without a rep on nulled yet and preventing them from offering their services would be doing a disservice to marketplace users.

Maybe if one of the mods could make a pinned thread or something saying to exercise common sense when working with refunders -- you are giving them access to personal info in some cases, and not all are trustworthy.

If they can provide evidence that they have a successful refunding service on another site, imho they should be able to post.

If they can't or they're starting, I don't feel like they should be allowed to post.

I see this all the time.

IF the person is wanting to expand, then they should invest a bit for their business.

Also they can contact admins for special privileges, but that is a long shot.

Vouches to the admins is an idea.

In case of an investigation by any federal entity or similar, I do not have any involvement with this site or with the people in it, I do not know how I am here, probably added by a third party, I do not support any actions by members of this site.
