On the top right where it says "Reply to this topic" button, on the left side of it there should be topic moderation button that allows you to either delete or lock the thread.

If you don't have, it's probably based on ugrade permissions and there's nothing you can do but PM a mod because I can moderate all my threads / posts as a Nova member.
