You can either provide what they paid for or refund them.
With your logic I could advertise 50 scams, and then get away with it by leaving after a week. Anyone who joined from my advertisement got scammed because I advertised it. It’s not rocket science.
As a member of the marketplace you are required to have sufficient IQ to understand this. Otherwise you WONT be a part of our marketplace any longer.
