I don't know if it Bug Or Not 

But My Problem Is

 

i didn't Get Any Notifications If Anyone Comment on My Topic! 

i can't check if there some one make a comment

only Notifications I Get Is IF Some One Quoted My Post

 

 

How can I Fix This?

 

I check the setting and seems fine to me ..
