Does anyone have good recepeist about high protein foods? Decided to take on gym and health more seriously (still lacky sometimes and happens to eat something shit) but I generally want to become healthier and no I'm not fat or obese but want to be better looking when I have sex. I started to make myself protein shakes which contain roughly 50-60mg of protein, going to the gym and follow a strict regime of getting enough sleep. Anyone got recepies so I can improve in that part because eating is quite important part of the fitness journey?
can of tuna, rice, corn. obviously if u dont like tuna then maybe not but i love tuna
