yes, the 'RemoteApp' feature is available on Windows Server 2019, which is the O.S. version we currently use for our Windows deployments.

Is it allowed to be used for cracking?

We aren't able to check what you're using the server for, and we don't care about that, as long as you don't get the public server IP address reported anywhere you will be fine.

What's the Ryzen Processor?

We use different models and we always expand with more hardware, as of now you could get: Ryzen 5950X or Epyc 7350 or Ryzen 3950X
