Well if you used fake name/address youre fucked, they wont unlock your account

Nothing fake was used, i sent them all proof and they havent answered for 5 days now (on the website it says more info is required)

Well they locked your account for a reason, most of the time its because the name/address is fake. (not matching the card) So you dont really have a chance to see your account unlocked

But they sent me an email saying its temporary. From what i know temporary means i should be able to get it unlocked :c
I didnt use anything fake 100% lol. Could the difference in country name be the reason? For example i wrote Croatia while we actually call it Hrvatska over here lol.

I assume if i open a new one in the future that one will be closed too :c
