Hey, have an amazon shipped order that got delivered already. One idiot tried to refund using "it didn't show up", but they have proof of delivery. Can you refund this within a week? Can't wait 30 days for ftid.

Sad to see how this service is falling apart. Did a USPS LIT order once before, worked flawlessly. The only thing good about this service rn is customer service, I get replies on tickets quite on time. However, I just had to wait 10+ days and my LIT USPS order was still not completed. I have opted for a withdrawal but still waiting on it for over a day. Hopefully the withdrawal gets done soon and also hoping for service to improve.
