Enough comments from others but still I will add my share.
I've purchased reseller plan from him and have unused keys from it and he said he won't refund those unused keys and will offer replacement to which I had no other option other than agreeing because I am in bad position.
Even after agreeing I asked him to upgrade accounts for me and I gave him account and after waiting for almost 48 hours I gave up and my customer left as well.

I find it very fair to refund unused keys and you just can't force your fking t&c which you change every now and then.

Lucas sorry for posting again but if we are going to come at a resolution then it should be same for everyone and if you suggest then I or other's can open reports respectively.

Edit : Armani contacted me and he is working on something so let's hope it ends well.
