Why I can't change the password?

You said this is not a shared account. So, I should be can change password, language or edit information. But your support said can't do this and see the term.

Bought 1 year account for Netflix, and it's working fine at the moment, I was prompted to select a country after the purchase and I wanted to pick Romania but it wasn't on the list so I picked Bulgaria because it was the closest to it, I have no idea if it matters or not tho :thinking:

 

That aside the entire website delivers quality content so I have to say that I'm pleased with the purchase, I wish all the best to the people who came up with this idea and made this whole project possible !

got a bit spooked by the guy saying he had a shared acc. tbh, OP is correct, if youre buying a normal acc youll obviously want to make sure the other person isnt awake while youre using THEIR account. or, just pay a bit extra and opt for the family plan and add your own account on!
