Hey, sorry didn't get a chance to reply yesterday was busy.
Honestly i don't really care about the money, but i've always assumed warranties with accounts were FULL warranties - i wasn't paying for 14 days of service, i was promised a warranty on an ACCOUNT for 14 days
You said that's how warranties usually work but the way i was thinking about it was similar to buying a bank account or other account similar - if the account closes before 14 days you get a replacement or full refund, we were told on the final day it was patched while we knew full well it wasn't, and then effectively lost about $400 or more ($120 due to late scans DURING the warranty) and another $300 from the failure to provide anything on the final day, this was then done 3 days after sending when the scans were no longer needed.
I think the disagreement is just on how the warranty works, if it was for a service i'd only paid for 14 days of i would understand but i bought an account, and then that was not provided and i was instead given a service (which worked the same)
This service was then not provided in a timely manner during the warranty and then effectively not provided at all at the end, losing me money. If you (@Lucas) disagree with this then just close the report i cba arguing over $50 i just find it insane how this is considered a reasonable or fair practise on Fonollosas side
I was also lead to believe during the buying process that the account would last which was a lie anyway as the account provided was banned for the first day of warranty - the service provided was not what i paid for, didnt work AT ALL for the first and last day of warranty, and was provided late multiple times throughout losing me a total of over $400 - if this is fair or just what i paid for please close the report thank you and sorry for the time i wasted.
