A refund makes no sense just because he has a new provider.

For the duration of your deal, he must receive replacements if needed.

Looks like this is resolved, but can say just some nice information to know Lucas, this user shown screenshots of him having an active account with 5/5 cloud servers, been using hetzner for many users spanning accross many accounts, never once has any account ever been banned from any provider once it's verified, the only thing that will ever get you banned is abusing, e.g more than 50% CPU pinned on cloud on any server, SMTP spam he has 5/5 servers active instantly he is probably mining or something malicious he's using a cloud platform with shared resources and all providers with the exception of AWS & Azure crack down hard on any abuse

I'm not here to cause a problem, just provide lucas on information in this field as I don't think he uses hetzner

And in this situation i'm 100% sure hetzner never re verifies accounts, I know this as I make them and have purchased them for many many years, the only reason a hetzner account is ever terminated is if you don't meet your billing date, or hit one of there abuse systems.

You sell RDP's in this case @lucas i'd like to also let you know RDP.SH and many others had to move to OvH and other platforms due to this very fact, you cannot predict what users do on your RDP's hetzner is a base-metal platform it's cheap for that reason support is bare minimum but the service they provide is excellent.

Your users are most likely causing you to be suspended, I recommend you keep a very close eyes on users CPU usage as it's a shared CPU platform (Even the Dedicated ones) cannot be pinned at a high % for long, especially for a none billed user that's new to the platform.

If you had all these 5 users sitting at 20% i'd assure you, hetzner would not of suspended they have never done ghost bans, mass bans etc i've been in this space for a long time if you get verified your account is solid sadly it's the best information I can give you, as like you said you sell RDP's so whats happening on them are an unknown.


(There is one thing i've noticed about hetzner, is that accounts can differ from one another in quality but it does not make any account bad just more limited in the space of what you can order / spin-up before being forced an early invoice for new accounts under legit circumstances)

and if u are saying that they hetzner never re verifies so that ur really dont know since i talked to them and they do system verify accounts and if they broke rules they will send you warn on email and not in 1 day since i maked rdp 1 after 5h they limite panel lets say he broke rules in 5h so why they limit other panel if the panel from germany they will not do this since iknow and if u want proof : https://imgur.com/a/9yeRpwA take this as my custmer they dont broke rules my rules is

Indeed, hetzner does not re-verify, regardless if you have 1-5 accounts it's still an unknown.

If your account is "new" e.g no billing history you will be removed from the platform without warning if you go over hetzner "total" they don't inform you about or abuse, if you have billing with hetzner you get 2 Abuse warning, and 3 Payment warning before termination.

I'm trying to help you, in my experience if you age the account for 14-days the quality is always good but country & level of verification is a big factor if not aged and you use as a new account immediately.
