Start light, make it a habit.

Set a schedule of days you want to work out, and stick to it religiously.

Start with lighter weights to build up your joints so they can handle the heavier stuff.

Don't forget to work out all of your body, legs, back, core not just the stuff that looks good.

Depends what for, call and text is basic but lots of official places (bank or utilities) need a phone number on file and won't use online numbers

Joseph cox, thr journalist, has been without a phone for a year or two and he has said on the record its a lot of work

zucchinis would fill you up better but they have less nutritious value compared to apples. So i would choose apples, the hunger would possibly get less noticeable as the stomach shrinks

Is it nessisary that your choice is all you can eat? 5 apples could fit into a normal enough diet and you could try different ones all the time, there so many to choose from
