This guy got the right idea, but be ready for him to try and call cops on you and spin it. He who gets to the law first wins sometimes. be ready if you go that route.

Try to meet him in person and have a rational conversation with him about what's going on. If there is a civil way to get your money back, do so. If he refuses to speak with you in person, we can discuss your options.

Very simple design. I suggest changing the background picture and accepting the criticism from the users above. Change fonts, icon sizes, and spacing of text.
