Everything is expensive after the inflation. Pasta is cheaper now, but rice is still more expensive then before. Everything with dairy and meat too :wacko: Try to check for in season fruits and vegs. if you need meat try to search for good deals (the supermarket with a n and ends with tto normaly has some good deals. Like 2 kg chicken for 6€). Wait for the end of summer and your best bet will be potatoes too.

I just use vscode or you can use jupyter notebook. Works like a charm. Python is not that hard to learn and it has some benefits (like multiple returns and easy for automation like scraping). I often use it for machine learning algo's at work

You should think about what you want. Do you want to learn coding for yourself, make money with it, make your life easier, etc .... I started when I was 14 (there was no internet nor easy information like today). I scraped everything I saw and could use for my projects (mostly sqli and something like that). Nowadays you can find a lot of information just by searching in youtube. If you want to learn an easy oob language try objective c on windows, or c++ on linux. don't try java, it sucks ... If you want to learn a script base language try typescript (better than js). Python is always nice to know. A lot of companies pay a ton for someone who knows python with pandas (for example machine learning). So my best advice is: just start
