Unfortunately one of the worst refunding experience of my life.

 

Failed 2 refunds in a row (one from amz.es and one from amz.de), one of them (spanish one) neither started the refunding process, failed to get a local shipping label and so I had the return the items, the second one (the gernan one) failed just today, after a month over the purchase date, I also checked the amz live chat, they neither try to manipulate the operator, now I cannot neither return the amz.de product because I cannot generate a new shipping label.

 

The average response time is ~4h to ~24/48h. 

 

So bad experience with them. 

You ordered and knew the risks that it can fail.

Amazon changed policy to ask for 30 days and we immediately put both on hold. 

After 30 days they didn't issue any refund and has nothing to do with our ability. Every refunder abides by the same limits.

Additionally, we're waiting 30 days with you. A 4h response time is normal because we're not supposed to hold your hand and cuddle you towards a refund.

Business is business. You willingly ordered knowing the risks. Return it, and stop trying to pin it on inability when policy change is out of our control.
