there's probably a better way to do this but I just use excel and use text to columns then move the columns.

I use hashcat and what I do is use the --username option which skips the [USER] in the [USER]:[HASH].

hashcat just gives me some shit about token length exception, and "no hashes loaded" when i use hashcat64.exe -m 0 --username {hashes.txt} {wordlist.folder}

that means the hash you've selected doesn't match the hash you loaded. Check this site, there's many types of MD5 https://hashcat.net/...=example_hashes

either that or the emails are still being read, seperate the hashes into a seperate file and then load them, they'll save to the pot file and you can then re check the combo of (user);(hash)
