I went in with good faith and added a 15% tax for the transaction being done over PayPal, as he asked, for a grand sum of €23. I've dealt with him once before and it all went smoothly, previously I provided the SN and he did the Photoshop and the SE went through.

Now more than a year later I approached him again for the same service, with the addition that he provides a SN and does the Photoshop like agreed. More than one month later and the man is elusive as ever, impossible to get a reply from him and all my messages being blanked and totally ignored.

Additional Information: After the money was sent, he completely blanked me. It's been over a month that I sent the money and he has gone full radio silence, completely ignoring my messages and refusing to send the money back, despite being asked to do so on multiple occassions.

There is many different logs in food section, many of the sites are low security and your address wont matter as long as you have shops near you so even if there US accounts, delivering food to UK will work.
