Before getting this case closed i want to want some more points out.

1) Probably, if i didnt participate in this scam report, op wouldnt have won, as rik did have some support from his friends and overall they made op look like a fool.

Lies were told on this thread, which i believe, should be punished.

At this point, he tried to make emphasis on the fact that OP is using a cracked net, which proves nothing, since even himself has tried to sell exactly the same version and apparently, even himself is using it. However, i already focused on this part on the previous post, so i can step forward.

2) The famous stats link.

So, over the previous days, rik has been trying to say that once his stats are back up, this would have some sense in some cases, but not on this one. What rik was selling were loads, those bots are supposed to come STRAIGHT from a exploit kit, specially rig, which panel is hosted by the seller, it simply CANT have any downtime.

Here is where the fishy part starts, stats links could not be down, what could be down was his net, which is also kinda unlikely, why? Botnets have multiple  gateways in case one of them went down, if your net is under ddos, you take down the domain in question and use another one. So lets say that he was using a net, that cant lead into anything good, why? Because the point of buying loads is that them NEVER reach seller's botnet, only the EK.

So what can we get in conclusion?

a) He didnt want to deliver the bots.

The guy who provided him with bots, left him.

c) He wants to sell bots as loads, while he buys from a third party, he receives the bots from that guy, keep them, and download/execute client's stub. meaning them are INSTALLS, shared bots, and not legit loads.

Either is the case, it doesnt benefit a customer and they are basically getting scammed.

3) +500 bots.

So, we do not know if those were updates or installs, but this does indeed prove us something, Rik lack's of bots and shouldn't be running a botshop. Installs/updates arent loads, when selling loads you can use the excuse of having multiple tasks/bad day with traffic, etc, but you cant say that with updates/installs, because those bots are supposed to be there before the client buys, sending 500 bots should take a matter of minutes or hours, one day at maximum.

4) Crackins and reversing client's stub's.

Something to take in mind, is that Rik has no knowledge in anything at all, and he knows it pretty well, but its not so hard to meet people that do know about an specific field, this might be the case.

When buying bots of him, he will inspect your stub, and no, not looking for possible ransomware or fraud bot, but for possible cracks.

One friend of mine tried his shop, and instead of receiving bots, he got his stub reversed, while rik only used the excuse that his crypter wasnt working ( We did prove that this point was invalid previously, didnt we? ).

The deal was that he would give me 1500 bots. Today joined 6 so yesterday there was 154 bots. And if my estimate is right it would be around 150 bots at 7.34 pm. That is 10% of the 1500. 

 

Oh and he also tries to refund me via BTC to fuck me over with the fees. That's not gonna happen, I paid him via ETH.
