Explanation of your interaction (brief): User is actively spamming the shoutbox on multiple occassions, landing him a shoutbox suspension. Once he has this suspension, he contacts me (and other users) in private messages with spammy messages. User is actively trolling both on and off forum. I am more than happy to send screenshots of the individual private messages if necessary. Attached below is a screenshot of private messages he sent me in the span of a couple hours.

Explanation of your interaction (brief): User acted as a negative influence in Shout Box and was looking to start drama, so I ended up giving them negative reputation based on this. User then decides to retaliate with a revenge reputation.

in the software/tools section there is no pinned post that clears out the way of making threads for that particular section, where should i look for something like that ?

If you mean a format, there is none as far as I know.

The most important investment is time. A lot of users regardless if they have an upgrade or not get the "User has joined recently. Make sure to use a MiddleMan.", even after being registered for a year. So there is not way to "pay your way to the top" or anything.

Contribute to the forum before starting to sell. It also helps if you attain an upgrade. Keep in mind you will have a Deal With Caution thing no matter if you buy a rank or not.
