There are a lot dork making guides on this forum, and even on YouTube, making dorks isn't worth your time, unless you are EXTREMELY good at what your doing, and that requires a lot of experience/ time / failing and testing.

SentryMBA won't need a lot explanation, you need 3 things to get started.

1. A working config for the website you want to target, you can easily find these on this forum, I think.

2. A list of proxies, which you can also easily find on this forum, I would advise you to check out the topic created by the user "Alen" , just search him in the search box.
3. A combolist, either email:password or user:password, these are the hardest things to get, because ofcourse these have the valid entries you need obviously, which are mostlikely leeched out of the list, so be creative and try to get your own list.

Insert the config you aquired into Settings > General > Load Settings from Snapshot, go to Proxy Settings, make sure the box "Do not use proxies" is not selected.

Copy paste the proxies in the Proxy List, self explaining ofcourse, and load your combolist ( wordlist )

Hit "Go!!" and you're ready.

Well, basically that's all up to luck, there are various ways to get combolists, which are used to crack accounts, however the one that's the easiest, is already milked dry, scraping, so forget about that one.

However, the next method is SQLI and the other one is leaked DBs, forget SQLI, it's too hard to explain here, if you want to get into that, you should do your own research.
DBs on the otherhand, you won't find those on this forum, I would advise you to add a seller, and ask him to refer you to someone that can help you, out.

But for LoL you won't need to know the difference, just that PBE requires SOCKS instead of HTTP/S.
