Now i need to pay 10$ to get a new visa card because the old one need to be canceled, not only this but all the trouble in my country to get a new card you not simply call and cancel it here you need a police report even for other reasons!
And what is about the other people who complained about you as well?!
Yesterday you only refunded because staff told you to do, else you would not refund, and remember i told you 3x that my account is NEW and you said it's possible to make the refund and told me to order it...
But after a i talked to a few refunders all of them told me it's 100% NOT POSSIBLE on a new account, you are only after money nothing else
Yes, it doesn't matter if I tell you before or after. Either way, if you didn't want your card to be cancelled then I would've been able to cancel the replacement. Ok, that's fine. Some of my customers aren't able to use this method. It's your problem for blocking me on Skype and not sending me my payment. I managed to get you a replacement on your account, without you even getting charged.
Many of my customers prefer using this method because it can be used a last resort if nothing else is possible on their account; they're happy to cancel their cards and avoid the charge. I personally use this method therefore I wouldn't be telling my customers to do it if I haven't fully tested it myself.
