you told me this AFTER the deal was done not BEFORE!!

 

Now i need to pay 10$ to get a new visa card because the old one need to be canceled, not only this but all the trouble in my country to get a new card you not simply call and cancel it here you need a police report even for other reasons!

 

 

And what is about the other people who complained about you as well?!

 

Yesterday you only refunded because staff told you to do, else you would not refund, and remember i told you 3x that my account is NEW and you said it's possible to make the refund and told me to order it...

 

But after a i talked to a few refunders all of them told me it's 100% NOT POSSIBLE on a new account, you are only after money nothing else

 

Yes, it doesn't matter if I tell you before or after. Either way, if you didn't want your card to be cancelled then I would've been able to cancel the replacement. Ok, that's fine. Some of my customers aren't able to use this method. It's your problem for blocking me on Skype and not sending me my payment. I managed to get you a replacement on your account, without you even getting charged.

 

Many of my customers prefer using this method because it can be used a last resort if nothing else is possible on their account; they're happy to cancel their cards and avoid the charge. I personally use this method therefore I wouldn't be telling my customers to do it if I haven't fully tested it myself.

What do you want me to do? He didn't even pay me for the service.

 

When I get the customer a replacement using that method it will require them to cancel their card. If they are not happy with that I will simply cancel the replacement. Its not a "scam attempt".

 

Right after I asked for payment I was blocked by the user. He simply could've told me he didn't want it and I would've cancelled it.

You didn't inform me regarding the refund you done, which you should've. This then lead to me not being able to complete your job now. If you didn't already refund that order then I would've been able to complete the job. I cannot be held responsible, there's no other possible way to refund the order even if the reps wanted to because it's been refunded. Sorry, I cannot provide a refund. I also mentioned in my Terms of Service the following "- If you do not provide me with correct information regarding previous mess-ups/refunds you won't be refunded."Job was incomplete, you should've waited for completion/for it to be resolved. Not my problem that you were impatient.

Bro, im not changing story...yes I received $100 but I did not use them since my account was CLOSED! BTW here is evidence https://imgur.com/a/eV0wm I did payed $67.50 and ur response saying Ill get $50 in 40-50 mins, later my account was closed.

$100 I could not use since my account was closed!

He was buying 150$ which means he sent you $67.50.

 

 

He's already received $100 of the AGC. 

 

I don't need to refund him the full amount. I only owe him $50 which is the leftover amount I couldn't do.

Yes, u gave me at 45%...I payed $67.50 in BTC, so I was fine with u giving back $50 on AGC not $22.50 in BTC.

 

Well, unfortunately I don't provide the service anymore.

 

Therefore I'm only able to refund $22.50 in BTC.
