If im right, you have some automation tools like Selenium or Puppeteer to script actions on WhatsApp Web. (but they are requering a bit of programming skill)

There are also third-party tools or scripts that claim to automate WhatsApp group posts, but they often require rooting your phone or jailbreaking your device.

On Android, apps like Tasker can be combined with AutoInput to automate taps and keystrokes, but it’s not the best.

These methods might work, but WhatsApp frowns upon automation, so you risk losing your account.
