I responded to Lucas privately. After you complained about my services and said you wanted a refund, I acknowledged your concerns. However, you didn’t even wait an hour before initiating this scam report. I provided you with evidence, and you’ve also seen in the group that I’m a bit occupied this weekend. I’ve mentioned that I can’t reply instantly because, like everyone else, I have a life outside of these services.
 

You’ll receive your money within a maximum of 24 hours from now. I’ve been away from home since Friday and cannot access the ledger to send the crypto. I notice your frustration with me replying via Telegram, but instead of appreciating that I’ve prioritized responding to you exclusively, even at the expense of other clients, you’ve chosen to escalate the situation unnecessarily.

Most of this is a complete lie so I'll go through it for anyone who cares enough to read.

This guy acts humble on here but calls me a retard and a cunt on telegram.

1 - "acknowledge your concerns" all you said was "I got it lmfao" and went back offline. What is that even meant to mean? I opened the scam report within the hour because as I mentioned before, you take 2-3 days to respond and I wasn't going to just wait to be ignored for that period before opening the report. Especially considering that I'm sending the PC back. I dont want to be down the PC and my money.

2 - "I provided you with evidence" of what? you just said you were busy. If you're so busy that customers are waiting 2 weeks for you to even begin a refund then you shouldnt be advertising 1-5 days or tell me 7 working days. Is this what you do? Lie, get a upfront payment then force people to wait?

3 - "I’ve been away from home since Friday and cannot access the ledger to send the crypto." This is outright a lie. You told me on tele that if I hadn't opened the scam report then I would've received the refund faster. This heavily implies that you can send it but wont just to waste my time. Obviously you're a little weesle and run with your fake story to be a prick since I cant prove that youre lying.

4 - "I’ve prioritized responding to you exclusively" its been 2 weeks. refund shouldve taken a week. you're mostly inactive and respond after 2-3 days. all these delays that you never told me would happen at the start. and thats prioritising me? 

5 - "You’ll receive your money within a maximum of 24 hours from now." surprise surprise its been 24 hours and i havent been refunded. you messaged me at 8am asking me to confirm my addy to refund me. I responded within 3 MINUTES. 3 hours later you've not even opened it. But you've been on this forum so whats this about.

I'm probably not receiving this refund any time soon. You've already admitted to me that you're intentionally making me wait and my bet is that youre going to have another story of why you cant send it.

Additional Information: He does HP refunds which I wanted to get so I bought the PC and hit him up on the 5th. 

Posting says 1-5 days, turned to 7 business days because of the signature so fair enough I also paid 50GBP upfront as he requested. Those 7 days ended on the 14th. I received an email on the 11th which he didnt even know until the 13th when he asked me to check. This just means he was inactive for those 2 days.. i gave him email access like he asked so i thought he'd have checked it himself.. but shit happens so fair enough. then yesterday (15th) I received the exact same email that I did on the 11th. This shows that he restarted the refund or something? So it's now been 11 days and he's done practically nothing. He did the first step, waited several days then did the first step again. So we've gone from 1-5 days to 7 working days to now 11 days in and he's done nothing.

He is online once every 2-3 days aswell so impossible to get a hold of him for updates.

I have proof of all but will DM as sensitive info.

As Tuesday is the 14th day and he hasnt started, I'm going to have to return it Monday. HP dont work on weekends so the refund basically failed. This isnt my fault. He said 1-5 days then "up to 7 business days" which have both passed. The delays are caused by him and I just want my 50 GBR back. 

I will take the loss and waste of my time.

I messaged this all to him 1 hr ago and asked for my refund/ sent my addy. His response was "I got it lmfao" and he's been offline since. Not sure what that means, if he will send it or make me wait several days I just want this sorted out.

He was extremely active at first and when it came to wanting receiving.

2 weeks wasted and having to return a nice PC. Couldve done several amazon refunds by now but instead i've waited 2 weeks for nothing.

Please send the money back ASAP you were active when you wanted me to send it lol
