I think Macan is gone. He hasn't logged in since October 31st on Nulled and he haven't read/responded to my tele messages since then and his channels haven't had any updates since that date also. His support took my Amazon account, but they can't give me any updates on the process or give back acc and basically get left on read. If there's no response in a day or two I would have to contact amazon to recover my account to get access since my return date is in less than 5 days as I'd be out thousands if I don't do it. Beware for the time being until he comes back if ever. I'll edit and remove this comment if things get resolved or he comes back.

I have a question. I have two Amazon accounts. Both accounts share same address, phone number, credit card but different emails (my 2 main emails). One account i used once to order from Amazon.us. Is it safe to use one of these accounts for Amazon.de refund or could it cause some trouble ? If no should i use the account with order history or the one with no orders ? Both accounts are legit, not banned and never used for refund. This would be my first refund. Thanks for help !

I recently did a refund with Macan for a MacBook Pro 14 on Amazon UK. Previously did another refund with another service (which disappeared a few months ago, and they told me it's pretty much impossible to do these days). I was quietly lurking on Nulled before, hence why this is a new account. 

 

Even though the refund took about a week, he was very prompt in his responses, and replied to all my questions. Most importantly, he got the job done, and it all seems to have gone through smoothly. Really appreciate his service, and will definitely look to use his business again. Looking to see if he expands to more EU stores as I believe he will smash some of the other refunding businesses around EU if he does.
