OP acklowedges 2 orders were placed.

1.) 1st order is placed and immediately Worker acknowledges that 1st tracking is wrong and replaces it
2.) 2nd link is placed. OP doesnt complain until the 2nd delivers. From what I can see he can be trying to scam for free food using the error of the 1st tracking to cover for the correct order
 

We either 1 provide screenshot of order with verified address without tracking or 2 provide a tracking link that the customer can verify all the items and address
 

Customer doesnt not complain AT ALL with given the new tracking which does display address UNTIL order is marked delivered.
 

Tracking links expire shortly after for any DoorDash order once an order is marked completed and all info is gone.

Seems very unfair for me to be liable for any orders in that case since I can't look back at a completed tracking orders history since its expired.

This is the entire reason for why a tracking is given so we dont have to worry about updating the customer.
 

I did listen to his complaint and left it at that since arguing with a customer about a order being dropped to the wrong placed due to a driver error is not worth arguing about.  After an order is delivered its acknowledge as completed.

You can let me know if you still feel OP should be compensated with a redelivery or refund.  Although I strongly don't agree since this can be exploited by other users based on nulled terms

The order is placed. You have the live tracking and you acknowledge that. Then complain after the order is delivered. Wouldn't you complain earlier that address is wrong? And yes 100% the pin is the location is where the driver drops off the order that doesn't means that is delivery address as its noted under the items.  We ultimately do not take responsibility for anything outside of an order being cancelled or being a mistake made by the worker. 

My staff did your order and placed correctly to your address as shown by your own screenshots. Not sure why you didnt message me at the time of the incident and instead created a scam report seems very silly. This is not a scam as he placed your order to your address and provided proof of delivery.

Additional Information: I run a B4U on telegram about 2k members. He asked if he could pay me to promote is services to my customers. I declined that. Instead we agreed to sell his products as an official service under my telegram group that way I am responsible if anything were to happen. This what was officially displayed for the customer to see when they were going to make a ticket https://i.imgur.com/oxpPypF.png . He did a few orders fine. then After a 2 weeks of stalling deliveries and making all theses excuses for not shipping out products. He leaves the discord staff server (we operate through discord and customer submit tickets on telegram) and blocks me on telegram also clearing chat history 5/9. To me this were clear sign of him exit scamming. Scamming 4 of my customers for $307.05 ($30 cashapp, $58.80 cashapp, $68.25, $150 cashapp . I immediately refunded them . Note all proof is from discord DM's or discord server transcripts.
