Hello guys, i have a HQ recipe for you.

Ingredients( for 2 people):

250-300gr of fettuccini/tagliatelle pasta
500gr peeled shrimps
2-3 garlic cloves
100ml white wine, I used Chardonnay
200ml whipping cream
1 Tbsp of big salt
1/2 Tbsp Himalaya salt ( if you have sea salt or other is good too ) , or to taste
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
black pepper
