No, you are not fucked.

A police report is a legit method that completely works and I have done it multiple times before, because they never ever check the police report ( investigate ) - they just open it and that's it. 

If you can get a hand of your local Police Report template and change details to whatever in your own language, then just send them and they will immediately refund you.

The police is not even allowed to tell them if the report is real or not because of the general data protection regulation.

Use google, download adobe photoshop and search for police reports on google pictures, there are enough sites where you can purchase this kind of files.

Using a chrome extension that changes UserAgent and always deletes every type of info that the browser stored.

Proxies are residential.

use 911.re for proxies and run a virtual machine, add ccleaner on it and create snapshots so you can quickly run different instances.

Run the proxies on your main machine, not on only the VM. If you got more questions hmu.
