They are hosted in vc in a screenshare. If your able to look at a discord channel, I assume you should be able to look at a screenshare. 

What is the difference then, between the normal 25$ weekly sub and the one he paid for? What extra benefit does he receive from the extra 20$?

He recives more picks as I said in my messages. These picks are built on a diffrent algorithm and hosted in a vc with me screensharing autobet running and the lines to bet on. 

Everything in that records channel is all arrow, I also announce this in "basic" once because we do offer free new generation picks once every week. This is a small example of me alerting picks in new generation channel only. I can send more detalied recipts if needed.

I also did not ignore the request for a 10$ refund:

As well as the fact all New Generation picks were hosted in the lounge channel locked for New Generation members. Last week we had many particpants stay deafend and enter picks.

We actually screenshare the algorithm working in realtime in voice channels. You dont need to have headphones or anything, I think he forgot to mention that. I also did alert him to the timezone diffrence as I do all my customers. And I dont know what empty promises im not delivering.
This is the first ever person to actually complain about this.  

I do all these to benefit the community:
Pausing monthly memberships if you go on vaction ect. 

Not starting memberships until autobet is complete
Allowing people to speak there minds 
Allowing competitiors to be in the server and share their opinions.
