Disconnect from your WIFI and setup a hotspot from your phones 4G, connect this to your PC

Now open Google Chrome, on the top right of the screen you should see a little profile button next to the 3 little dots...click that

Now at the very bottom click 'Add'

Now type in some random bullshit and create the profile, a new Chrome browser should open

Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for 'Location Guard', add to Chrome

Once the extension opens go to 'Options' and change the Default Level to 'Use Fixed Location'

Go to Fixed Location on the left hand side...now drop the pin wherever you want the Tinder location to be. After you've done this close the extension.
