Proof of payment (IMPORTANT, PLEASE POST): No longer exist as it was a long time ago

Additional Information: Bought yt premium a while back, was told it was lifetime, recently the premium subscription went down and radiantservices simply ignored me when I requested to fix it, it has been 6 days since I've told him it is down. The screenshots shows that I got a subscription purchased from him where he acknowledged it previously and fixed it but he didn't fix it this time.

Bought YT and it went down, waited for 5 days and he doesn't attempt to fix it. Wanted to buy gemini from him as well but he doesn't fix your subscription

Edit: Resolved but it took effort to have to get his attention to resolve the downtime. Obviously he has plenty of customers and he is a 1 man show doing this manually. So keep that in mind when purchasing from him
