@lucas I have explained to him that he must be +18 to do it and yet he accepted what can I do more than this ! when I told him so, he should expect everything from that to apply the method ! 

What you are saying is completely circumstancial. 
If you were willing to give him a refund due to this problem, this would have been your first response when he created the report.
However, it's clear your intention is to ''defend'' yourself by saying this is not refund-worthy when in reality, you are asking him to expose himself to the company he's virtually scamming.
 
You can refund him, and then state to every future buyer that identity verification is mandatory to the company and they might ask for the ID or a video.

If there is something (ID verification) that can make the buyers not to be able to do the method, you should advise in the thread or, at least, in Discord.

so yesterday I sent a VC to Timo, I expected that he'll ask me to clarify it to him but in a short period he posted a an unfair review ( https://www.nulled.t...ney/?p=31191381 ) with false claims without even giving me a chance to explain it to him and how it works. so I replied to him that "there is a misunderstanding and you didn't understood my method" and he started posting trash replies on my thread and even replying to his own review to bump it to new visitors so that they see it and he trash my sales (I have reported his review but no response) so we talked on discord and here are screenshots of our chat :
