Right click the website than view source > Copy everything including all CSS, JavaScript, images and ofc the HTML itself. 

Rearange all that locally and see if you can get a working copy of the website.

Careful with javascript callbacks if those would be present!

By the way if I'm not mistaken I've seen plenty of tools here on nulled that can automate this process of copying a website!

I also wish to add that you'll not be able to copy any Logic / Back-end behind the website for example 'Search' functionality, all logic would have to be coded either yourself or through a web framework.

Can see this being a great leap forward and away from various 'ugly' hacks known and widespread used still today that kinda try to achieve the same goal.

The most expensive gray hat solution would be acquiring a ICCAN certificate to register unlimited domainnames. Than you would most likely want to host your website(s) on a personal private server this way no one would be stopping you anytime soon unless things get really out of hand. Search engines etc could however just block your website again and again, but wit unlimited domainnames i don't see much problems. Carefull bro because i'm sure there much better, easier an more clever ways to go about this. Good luck #Edu
