Where did he say it's a checker? Or where did he tell you it includes a checker? I'm reading his thread and it clearly is just a generator that uses patterns to generate codes that may or may not be valid. Nowhere does it say it checks whether the code is valid or not. 

I know that. But my initial thoughts were it would include a checker but it didn't so all I'm asking for is a partial or a full refund since the program has no use for me. Even aside that why is he charging so much for a program that can be made with decent python skills?

I literally have no use for this tool since I do not have a checker and can't make one but making a generator wont take me long to make.

Additional Information: So his tool is a generator. I at first thought it also included a checker but since he doesn't have a strict refund policy or warranty policy (literally none at all), I'm allowed to ask for a refund.

It did not meet my satisfaction level because I expected a checker included. Making a generator like that wont take you too long to make and $17.99 is totally overpriced. I only want a refund because it didn't include a checker but I wanted a checker included. So staff may ask why I didn't contact the seller? it's because he didn't respond to his shoppy queries and PMs, and yet he is online every day or so.
