I want to welcome you to Refund.one – the number #1 refunding website that's better than any other site out there.

This is by far one of the most significant projects I've worked on for the past five years I'm here on Nulled, and I can assure you, I've worked on many projects in the past. I know you're probably thinking "Oh great…Another refunding service" but please bear with me.

 

I have been working on this project since November 2019 until 01.12.2020 with a big team behind me. The team has consisted of 2 x Full Stack Developers, 1 x UX/UI Designer, 3 x Graphic Designers, 12 x Bug testers, 2 x Workers (Refunders), 2 x Customer Supporters and @Bob 

 

I have personally spent MONTHS analyzing almost all refunding services - both onsite and offsite. Each of their respective pros and cons.

 I've spent time crafting and planning the perfect refunding service. I myself own a Digital Marketing Agency here in my country. I therefore have experience with marketing and have built the service, so it is easy to market.

 

Enough with the boring stuff, let me introduce you to the site.

 

This is what you'll get:

- The entire site – it's built on Laravel, and it's designed from scratch – no bs template (Worth €5795 in total)

- The domain will be transferred to you (Worth €16)

- Off-shore hosting in Hong Kong (Worth €80) – billed annually next billing in approx. five months

This service can be run semi-automated by letting your workers do the refunds. Let me explain how you'll be able to run the service like this.

 

 

Workers-system
There's a Workers-system inbuilt in the site. You'll be able to give workers separate login details right off the admin panel, and you can set a specific cut percentage for each individual worker-account.
In the admin panel, you'll see all current orders. You'll be able to assign an order to a worker of your choice, and the workers will be able to see their cut of the order.

If a customer wants an item worth €3000 refunded from Amazon for 35%, and the percentage of the worker's account is set to 40%, the worker will receive €420 while you receive €630.
The workers will also be able to change the order status and always keep the customer updated. In addition to this, the worker can write internal notes for orders in their worker panel.

 

 

Google Forms? No thank you
Scrap the standard google forms used by 90% of the existing refunders to keep track of orders. This screams pure unprofessionalism in my eyes.

Refund.one has its own inbuilt order form page for your customers, and once the customers submit an order, they receive an order number.

 

 

Order Status
The customers can check the live status of the refund directly in the order status page. This saves both you and the customer time.

 

 

Fee calculator

An easy real-time calculator for your customers to check how much they'll be paying for a refund. No more spamming.

Set up price intervals in the admin panel.
You could set it up to have refunds for €1000-€2000 set to 35%, €2000-€3000 set to €25, €3000-€5000 set to €20 - you get the idea.

 

 

Google spreadsheet as a store list? NO THANKS

Refund.one has made it easy to display the site in a clean and professional way unlike 99% of the other refunding services.

Customers will be able to filter through different categories of sites, such as electronics, car parts, designer etc.

In addition to this, they'll be able to filter through the stores of their respective country. We've obviously made sure to show stores tagged as "World Wide" to show up no matter what.

Of course there's more! Customers are also able to filter through either PayPal stores or CC stores.

 

You'll be able to add stores, remove stores, set fees, set additional notes for customers, set a company logo, set the payment gateway (e.g PayPal store or CC) right through the Admin panel.

 

 

Why I'm selling the project
I've truly enjoyed working on the project, however, because refunding services are forbidden here on Nulled, I can't be bothered starting the service.

Because I'm looking to use this money to invest in my legal businesses, I'm selling this project. I'm not patient enough to start from scratch and build a solid customer base.
