Vouch for Angeldust! Nice and helpful contact. A bit hard to reach in the beginning, but now he is active again. Succesfully refunded 3 iPad Air on Amazon UK for me (I'm in Germany). Not an easy case, because Amazon tried to scam me first by losing 1 of the iPads, then sending a replacement after I complained and after a few weeks suddenly switching the status of the lost one to signed and delivered. Then (during the refund process of the 3 iPads) they wanted me to send it back, although I've never received it. Not easy to explain to their support, so he even had to talk to the manager for a while. But not a problem for him and it was worth it. The whole refund took 3-4 weeks.
