I don't want to miscredit your claim, but something doesn't add up. First of all even if you attempted EB and told them the box was not damaged they can't just accuse you of fraud since they can't prove the item might have been stolen in transit and the box was simply repackaged. At best they can only deny a refund until the carrier proves the package indeed wasn't empty. Was it full or partial? With partial for example the is no way they can accuse you of fraud even if they have camera's in their warehouse

Let's say they have such a huge misunderstanding of the law they indeed want to drag you to court, how do they want to do it? You ordered via a fake name on a drop, assuming they somehow managed to get your Klarna details that's literally no proof whatsoever that you were the one being behind all of this. Even in the worst case scenario they can't convict you simply because it's merely an allegation of a unproven fraud attempt without concrete proof who was behind it. No legit court would keep up with this bs and even if NBB is serious about this they'd just waste their money on this case

So either something is missing in this story or the legal team of NBB is legit retarded

Edit: Also the claim of that one guy getting busted for FTID due to the packaging weight is a bit strange considering packages with return labels that are issued by companies usually never get weightened because the weight is usually prepaid. So either that dude bought his own label or he isn't telling the entire truth

i used fake adress and got it deliverd to a hermes station, only thing i did was paying via my klarna as you did. the differecne is ad this is what i dont get: i never used my own name only in pament and they still send me the letter and not the "fake name" . ive already checked date and time and it can only be the exact one as time matches my ordering time aswell when i called it back,

as u pay with your credit card its still tracable back, no matter if you used fake name, drop address..

Ive got a Police report for Fraud due to doing EB, they even tell you when you call that they took pictures and cuz you say your package was NOT damaged they will not have to do a courier investigation. 
So there wont be anything else except them. Ive recieved 2 letters. 1 asking if i wanna state somehting and the 2nd one for the court, i can happly send you the 1st one but as you are such a smart guy you should already know that it never shows who is reportinhg you only approximate time and date.

you can also just ask other refunders about EB and NBB in July, cuz thats when they stopped giving you refunds if you say no damage to box.. 
And next time fucking ask and think beofre typing and telling me im telling bullshit.

someone I know attempted ftid opt 2 and got busted for it by nbb. if you really wanna dare, do ftid opt 3, otherwise find a different store to refund the item you want from   

 

edit: you're definitely much safer with a fake name and drop, think about payment though

they aint joking. unless you have big balls and want to risk it i wouldnt refund them

I did FTID and it always worked but the worst case was I had to wait 21days (something was wrong, but it worked)
and today I did partial and it went through within 30min so easy peasy
