no due to covid we require all packages to be signed lol. you have to sign a paper with your id and write it came in good condition on arrival which is why i am thinking ftid is the only way?

item is from the amazon usa store  with an established amazon account with no prior refunds

amazon is being shipped to mexico which requires signature for all packages. 

can i get it and do an ftid return refund? as long as its sold by and shipped by amazon? or is the fact that is a global order fuck all that up?
