Bought this product, it didnt say anywhere that it will take 1-2 , I was expecting it to be instant, whatever, after 5 days I still didnt get anything and they dont reply on their telegram support

I bought a product  like 5 days ago, it was supposed to be delivered in within 1-2 days, 5 days later , nothing. Support doesnt reply either.

On the product page it doesn't even say that it will be delivered in 1-2 days, I was expecting instant delivery.
