Additional Information: Bought 1 week licence, sent money, transaction was confirmed, like 3 days later contacted support as still havent recived licence, was alot of work to even get them to support, i guess they are busy but still, and then i get answer they say i didnt pay and they cant do shit about it, so i just want refund or my 1 week licence what i paid for...

Seems like he has made doublespend as transaction has decent sat and has been sitting for 20 hours but havent been confirmed yet, will let know when its confirmed.
