To be clear, this banned user had no connection or affiliation with Novus and their team. The Novus team had no responsibility to do this but did so without thought, and offered it free of charge for a period, then at a discounted rate. If this hasn't already sold the service to you, then their knowledge, experience and friendliness certainly will do.

I strongly believe that the days of buying eBooks which get outdated extremely quickly are over. Unlike eBooks, Novus stay up to date with techniques, stores and other appropriate information related to refunding or SE.
