This guy has a post about creating e-commerce websites. I asked him if he accept middleman and he told me will not be necessary because he will send the project first. All good until he sent me a shit website on his host and asked for money and told me he will finish the website after he got my money 
). I told him to contact @Lucas because I will not pay him until the website is 100% done. He told me will contact Lucas and it was in a totaly rush like a retard. I told him to wait Lucas answer and everything will be fine. In this time he created a fake Lucas telegram, he created a group and invited me there.. I'm not new in this, so I was not cheated.. I gived him negative reputation and never blocked him or scamed him with something.
