In DE and AT it can. Had it happen that my delivery driver left a note saying I should call him. Did that and he told me that amazon banned him from delivering until the issue of DNA is solved. Sucks tbh, since those poor guys earn barely anything and probably need those jobs. I just told them I found the package and boxed them lul

that's what i figured, but someone on reddit said "if you know your mailman NEVER do DNA !!!" and i figured i'd ask here, since i have a feeling you're more knowledgeable about this than the average redditor

Gonna pull off a $400 Amazon refund by claiming the item never arrived - will my driver get notified about my claim?

My advice is to buy a higer item, sell and buy legit the item that you want. 

so its a high chance of success for this $400 item?

Amazon account is aged by a few months, attached to a brand new address, and has three pages of legit orders on it. The item I want to DNA is a $400 tech product.
