Hey guys, I'm trying to get my wife a gift for her birthday and it's way too expensive for me at the moment.

I noticed a lot of refunders are saying they can refund clothign stores like nordstrom, bloomingdales, neiman marcus, gucci etc.

The common suggestion that I get is to purchase with paypal and file a claim with them.


I am NOT looking to sell a service or make money off of this in any way, just want to get my wife a birthday gift.

Does anyone know what I should claim through paypal? Everyone says "did not arrive" will not work, so I'm curious if any refunders can just tell me what to do. Anything helps, thank you!
