Just drag n drop any config made in xMoose version (.loliM) and that tool will decrypt and convert it to openbullet original version and Forlax mod (.loli) 

 

 

Note: I codded this cos I don't see the point of making another version of OB 2 are enough. You didn't add anything at all but that encryption which isn't even safe so yeah.
