So you admit that you violated the two agreements, and asked for money to complete the project contrary to our agreement, and I told you to leave it.

The fact of the matter is he told you he would not be able to complete it, and you agreed to let him continue without the frontend. Your initial agreement was voided in agreement by you and him, you can't refer back to it when demanding things because you understood he would otherwise cancel the deal.

The deal can change, as long as both parties agree, if you told him you will make a simple frontend to be able to test the functions, all functions promised (except development of front end and blog) are required. 

 

@Scarlett as I see from the conversation, you knew he would not develop the front end for you, and he offered to cancel but you asked him to do it anyway with a simple front end to be able to test it. That means the agreement changed and it was agreed by you. 

But he wasn't able to do the job from the beginning so why he agreed in first place ?
